6)Could you go to our country to do the field installation?
If you pay for the return fare and related spending, we can go to your country to fix, or we will transport the goods by sea, you can fix them by yourself according to our drawings.
7)How about your after- sales service?
One year against manufacture defect and offer lifetime consultation on problems occurred.

2. If failure or damage due to incorrect operation, rough handling, or anything other does not follow our instruction, Hongye Shengda Furniture will provide the new products but all charge will be collect by you.

The product range covers executive desks, office chairs, conference tables, bookcases, lounge seating, office cubicles, reception desks, pedestals, and coffee tables. Each category offers standard models and full custom options -- dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and upholstery can be specified to match project requirements.
HONGYE has completed 1, 000+ commercial projects across four sectors: Corporate (office buildings and headquarters), Government (public sector facilities), Education (school and university furniture), and Healthcare (medical office furniture). Two in-house brands serve different market segments. Juedu targets the premium segment with solid wood craftsmanship -- traditional joinery, hand-rubbed finishes, and natural grain patterns. Jiangnan targets the economical segment with panel-based workstations designed for efficiency and adaptability.
Customization extends to corporate identity. Desk panels can be branded with company logos. Fabric colors can be matched to brand guidelines from a RAL or Pantone reference. The factory integrates panel processing, metal fabrication, upholstery, foam molding, and finishing. German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centers handle precision work. Products carry 8 certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2 . Seating is tested to ANSI/BIFMA X5.1 standards for strength, stability, and safety.
Quality control runs through every production stage. Panel flatness is verified with digital calipers. Hardware is cycle-tested for durability. Upholstery stitching is inspected under daylight-matched lighting. Finished pieces pass a 12-point checklist before packaging.
The project workflow covers pricing, site measurement, design, finishes confirmation, mock-up, production, quality control, final inspection, packaging, logistics, installation, and after-sales support. A professional design team provides creative design ideas and build-ready specifications.
Materials are selected for commercial use. Worksurfaces use commercial-grade MDF with HPL or veneer finishes in woodgrain, solid color, or matte options. Metal components come in powder-coated steel, brushed aluminum, and chrome. Upholstery ranges from woven fabric (600D+) to top-grain and PU leather in 12 standard colors. Bases are die-cast aluminum or reinforced steel, tested to 150kg dynamic load. Casters come in hard-floor and carpet-rated versions.
